  • Booking data: reservations, saved screenings, favourite teams, and venue submissions.

How we use it

  • Provide core features like bookings, saved screenings, and venue approvals.
  • Send service emails about reservations, approvals, and security events.
  • Improve reliability through analytics and fraud prevention.
  • Send marketing only if you opt in (you can opt out anytime).

Who we share it with

  • Vendors we rely on: hosting (Vercel/Supabase), email, and analytics providers.
  • Venue hosts when you book: we share reservation details they need to honour your booking.
  • Legal requests: only when required by law or to protect users and our service.

Your controls

  • Access and export: request a copy of your data.
  • Update: edit profile details anytime in your dashboard.
  • Delete: ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to legal retention.
  • Marketing: toggle opt-in/out from emails in your profile or via unsubscribe links.

Data retention

  • Account data lives while your account is active.
  • Reservation and venue records are kept as needed for auditing and legal requirements.
  • Backups are time-limited and then purged.

Security

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where supported by our providers.
  • Role-based access for admins and venue owners.
  • Monitoring for suspicious access patterns.
